Every company has a back story. A story of how the business started and how they ended up in the business world doing what they do. Some businesses have been around for generations and the business has been handed down through the family and generations. Others come out of nowhere or are grown organically out of great ideas or just everyday life. Some grow out of bad customer service experiences or a bad experience with a company. The founder and owner of the company had a bad customer service experience with a company and decided instead of just getting mad, he would get even.

While he was renovating his home he had finally made it into one of the most stressful and time consuming parts of a home renovation, the bathroom. It can be one of the most labor intensive parts of the process even if it’s just a small space. Redoing a bathroom takes plumbing and electrical and a lot of experience.

Well, the story goes that Steve purchased a bath tub for his bathroom remodel on a website and was waiting for it to be delivered. And when it got there it did not fit in the space that he had set aside for the tub, it was way too big! And when he tried to contact the company he was unable to get the customer service he though that he deserved.

That was the when he had an idea, instead of just writing the retailer a badinternet review, he instead decided to give them a little competition. So he started his internet website and the rest is history.

This is an example of how easy it can be to find you niche. If you look in the most everyday and normal places, you can find everyday hints of ways that you can be a success.
