Venture Capital in the Telecommunications Industry

The money invested in many start-up businesses is called venture capital. The people who make the investments are the venture capitalists. Venture capitalists are the source of major capital infusions in carefully researched companies. Arthur Trueger is a venture capitalist located in Silicon Valley. The telecommunications industry delivers voice communications, data, graphics, television, and video equipment and services. Traditional wire-line telephone communication was once the mainstay of the industry but now the Internet, cable, wireless and satellite make up an ever increasing percentage of the industry.

As well as being a venture capitalist Arthur Trueger is actively involved with the San Francisco Ballet. The San Francisco Ballet actively works on enriching and expanding its repertory. It currently presents in the region of 100 performances annually. Arthur Trueger is a patron of the San Francisco Ballet.
