My first reaction to hearing about this letter from the Filangieri Society was irritation since I assumed it was just religious right-wingers wagging their fingers again, but then I read the article and realized they had a very valid complaint. Why would one vote for the resolutions recognizing the other religions and then turn around and vote against the resolution supporting Christianity. We don’t need our representative getting involved in this stuff. NONE of these resolutions should have even been introduced.
