FRANKFORT – Pets and their owners invaded the Frankfort Marina over the weekend for two days filled with animal-related activities. Claws and Paws Fest was held Saturday and Sunday at the Frankfort Marina. Proceeds gathered from the event will be donated to the Herkimer County Humane Society.
